Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 May 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Perpetual Core, Inc. ("Perpetual Core," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you visit atlas.perpetualcore.com and our related marketing properties (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is operated as a marketing surface for Atlas, an operating system installed inside fund-backed portfolio companies.

This policy does not cover Atlas customer engagements themselves. Customer data captured during the install — substrate connectors, departmental telemetry, eval results, reporting artifacts — is governed by the Master Services Agreement signed between Perpetual Core and the engaged portfolio company.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide

  • Discovery audit submissions. When you submit the Atlas Discovery form, we collect the portfolio-company name, your name, your title, your email address, the fund or family office name (if provided), the systems your company uses (CRM, ERP, communications, conversation intelligence), the pain points you select, your decision timeline, and any free-text notes you supply.
  • Lighthouse LOI requests. When you request access to the Lighthouse customer LOI template, we collect your name, email, fund name, and role.
  • Direct contact. Email or phone outreach to the founders is recorded as ordinary business correspondence.

1.2 Information we collect automatically

  • Web analytics. We use PostHog and Vercel Analytics to capture pageviews, navigation events, conversion funnels, and Web Vitals. PostHog is configured with capture_pageview: 'history_change' and respects Do Not Track.
  • Server logs. Vercel records request metadata (IP address, user agent, response time) for operational and security purposes.
  • Cookies. We use a minimal cookie set: a PostHog distinct-id cookie, Vercel's session cookie, and any cookies set by services we embed (Cal.com if you book a call).

2. How we use information

  • To respond to Discovery audit requests and Lighthouse LOI requests
  • To send transactional email confirming submissions and Lighthouse access tokens (via Resend)
  • To analyze conversion funnels and improve the Site (via PostHog)
  • To monitor Site performance and security (via Vercel)
  • To comply with legal obligations and to defend our legal rights

5. Retention

  • Discovery audit submissions and Lighthouse LOI requests are retained for the duration of the prospective customer relationship and for a maximum of seven years thereafter for legal and audit purposes.
  • Web analytics events are retained for 12 months in PostHog.
  • Server logs are retained per Vercel's default retention.
