Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of atlas.perpetualcore.com and our related marketing properties (the "Site"), operated by Perpetual Core, Inc. ("Perpetual Core," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site you accept these Terms.

These Terms govern only the marketing Site. They do not govern any commercial engagement with Atlas — that relationship is governed by the Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work signed between Perpetual Core and the engaged company.

1. The Site

The Site is informational. It describes Atlas, the AI-native COO for fund-backed companies, and provides means to request a Discovery audit, request a Lighthouse customer LOI, or book a discovery call with the founders. No goods or services are sold on the Site.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site to violate any applicable law
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without our prior written consent
  • Submit knowingly false information to any form on the Site
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape the Site for any commercial use other than ordinary search-engine indexing
  • Use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, the Atlas wordmark, the Perpetual Core lockup, the design system, and the underlying source code — is owned by Perpetual Core or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.

You may share links to public pages and quote short passages with attribution. You may not reproduce substantial portions of the Site without our prior written consent.

4. Forms and submissions

When you submit a form (Discovery, LOI request, contact), you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to submit it on behalf of any company you mention. We treat form submissions as confidential business correspondence.

5. Third-party links and embeds

The Site links to and embeds third-party services (Cal.com, Resend transactional email, the Sentinel marketing surface when published, the parent Perpetual Core surface). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those services. Each service has its own terms and privacy policy.

6. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PERPETUAL CORE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. PERPETUAL CORE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Information on the Site about install timelines, pricing, and outcomes is informational and indicative. The actual scope of any Atlas engagement is set by the Statement of Work signed for that engagement.

7. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL PERPETUAL CORE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
